J-Bands:

Arm care is so important at this age. Every season I see kids with arm injuries. I don’t want this to be the case with our players. They need to have a set of J-Bands and do the exercises on a daily basis. It takes less than 10 minutes a day to complete. It will keep their arms healthy and help them throw harder. The J-Bands exercise routine is crucial for injury prevention, endurance, recovery period and increased velocity. It is an essential workout for any player whose goal is to have a long and healthy career. The J-Bands allow you to perform exercises to strengthen and protect the rotator cuff muscle group.

Batting Tee:

Every player on our team should have a Batting Tee. It is the most important piece of training equipment for hitting. Even Major League Baseball players work on their swing by hitting off a Batting Tee on a daily basis.

Batting/Pitching Net:

This can be set up outside or in a basement/garage. It will allow your son to hit balls off a Batting Tee into it and throw or pitch baseballs into it as well. Walmart has the cheapest one that I’ve found and it’s pretty good quality. CLICK HERE to see it.
